FUTURE OF THE COURSE
The following was posted on the course's website October 2015.
Knowing that most have heard of the future plans for this property to be turned into housing and seen the front page of the Oct. 20th Cape Gazette, please realize that these are just plans that will be going through the long process of clearing Sussex County Planning and Zoning and Sussex County Council, a process that takes a year and sometimes longer to complete. In the mean time, you can look forward to Rehoboth Golf Park finishing this year and being open for the 2016 season for sure and 2017 pending the approval of development plans.
